View images of some of the work completed on the 15 Express Lanes Project the week of March 8, 2018. Crews constructed cast-in-drilled hole (CIDH) piles, the foundation for sound wall S1-A located on southbound I-15 between El Cerrito Road and Cajalco Road. Also, as part of construction preparation for Santa Ana River Bridge, crews have installed devices in the bridge openings to allow birds to fly out but not in. Crews additionally completed installation of rip rap rock in the Santa Ana River. The rocks were used to create a water diversion in preparation for bridge construction.
