Drilling operations for this sound wall will take place from south (near Cajalco Road) to north (near El Cerrito Road). This sound wall will be constructed first by creating cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) piles. After drilling, a CIDH rebar cage is placed in the hole and concrete is poured.
