I-15 Construction Update – Jan 25, 2018

Lane Restriping: Flagging will take place 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Jan. 29, through Wednesday, Jan. 31, on Bedford Canyon Road between El Cerrito Road and Georgetown Drive. The flagging will assist with traffic control as crews restripe lanes and place k-rail for upcoming soundwall construction. The new striping will move traffic further to the west on Bedford Canyon Road.

Soundwall work: Construction on the soundwall on southbound I-15 between El Cerrito Road and Cajalco Road will begin Thursday, Feb. 1. Crews will continue vegetation clearing around the Santa Ana River throughout the week, and survey and excavation will begin behind the project k-rail.
