91 Express Lanes customers using the 15 south conn
91 Express Lanes customers using the 15 south connector can now enjoy the additional miles for free until the 15 Express Lanes open. If you do not use the 91 Express Lanes for your trip, do not enter the new extension on the 15. All other new 15 Express Lanes remain closed as crews remain at work. Do not drive in the closed lanes and please drive safely in the construction area.

Nightly closures are scheduled of the 91 Express Lanes and adjacent general purpose lane between the 55/91 Interchange and the Orange/Riverside County line through Sept. 18.

Crews are continuing to test toll equipment along I-15 to prepare for the anticipated opening of the 15 Express Lanes in late 2020. Test vehicles will be traveling in the closed median of the 15 Express Lanes.
