The 15 Express Lanes reminds you to drive safely in our project area. Remember, the speed limit is 55 mph.

Thanks to everyone for being patient during the lane closures on El Cerrito Road. Crews have been retrofitting the bridge columns to meet earthquake standards and will be replacing the sidewalk, curb, and gutters along El Cerrito. We expect the lanes to reopen later this summer. We appreciate your support of our construction crews!

The northbound 15 Hidden Valley Parkway on- and off-ramps will be closed tonight, April 7, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., as well as the 91 eastbound to 15 northbound Connector. Visit 15project.info for this week’s closure information.

Daytime flagging and lane reductions are in place
Daytime flagging and lane reductions are in place this week, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following city streets: Second St. (Norco); Riverside Ave. (Eastvale); Corona Ave. (Corona); and El Cerrito Rd. (Corona, lane reductions only). Please expect travel delays in these areas.

Full closures of the westbound 91 lanes near I-15 and the 91 Express Lanes will take place tonight from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Crews are placing girders on the I-15 bridge over the 91. Motorists will use Magnolia Ave. as a detour. For details: https://www.15project.info
