NIGHTTIME FULL CLOSURES OF EL CERRITO RD. AT I-15 BRIDGE

PAVEMENT GRINDING ON I-15; EXPECT DAYTIME & NIGHTTIME NOISE

Pavement grinding on I-15 continues weekdays and weeknights through July. Crews will grind existing and temporary lanes within the project area to enhance safety and operations. Please pardon our noise while crews create a smoother, safer and quieter ride.

TEMPORARY LANE REDUCTION ON EASTBOUND 91 TO SOUTHBOUND 15 CONNECTOR

The eastbound 91 to southbound 15 connector is reduced to one lane to allow crews to safely complete bridge work. The lane reduction will be in place until approximately mid-July. We apologize for the additional travel time this is causing for motorists.

PROJECT MILESTONE: MAJOR PAVING COMPLETED FOR NEW EXPRESS LANES

With major concrete paving work complete, crews dismantled the batch plant along northbound 15 at Hidden Valley Pkwy. this week.

During the past two years, the batch plant mixed 110,000 cubic yards of concrete – enough to cover 155 football fields with a 4-inch concrete slab!

An overhead conveyor belt delivered the concrete directly to the I-15 median, reducing truck trips on roadways and minimizing effects on motorists.
